Position: Lead AI Engineer |
Job Description / Responsibility

What You’ll Do
- Lead AI research and development, designing and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models.
- Apply advanced mathematical concepts (linear algebra, probability, discrete mathematics, statistics, and optimization) to AI model development.
- Develop cutting-edge AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and bias detection.
- Optimize deep learning architectures (transformers, CNNs, RNNs, diffusion models) for accuracy and efficiency.
- Design scalable AI solutions with MLOps best practices, ensuring production-ready deployment.
- Work with large-scale datasets, handling preprocessing, feature engineering, and augmentation.
- Publish research papers and contribute to AI literature, staying at the forefront of innovation.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into real-world applications (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Mentor AI engineers, fostering a research-driven AI development culture.
- Utilize cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI deployments.

Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong mathematical background, including:
- Linear algebra (matrix operations, eigenvalues, vector spaces)
- Probability and statistics (Bayesian inference, hypothesis testing)
- Discrete mathematics (graph theory, combinatorics)
- Optimization techniques (gradient descent, convex optimization)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep knowledge of ML algorithms (transformers, GANs, reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning).
- Experience with research publications, case studies, or conference papers (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.).
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong software engineering skills, including API development, CI/CD, and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based AI deployments.
