HR Executive
SUMMARY

FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly monitor attendance, compile leave statements, and prepare excess hours reports.

Process salaries and overtime (OT) at the end of each month.

Handle the full and final settlement of employees.

Check, update, and maintain the leave register.

Update payroll software daily.

Assist new joiners with opening bank accounts and subscribing to the Provident Fund (PF).

Ensure all documents required for audits are checked, updated, and maintained.

Support employee engagement activities to reinforce relationships.

Assist the HR team with recruitment and organizational development (OD) when needed.

Maintain employee confidence by keeping payroll information confidential.

Update employee files to document personnel actions and provide information for payroll and other purposes.

Support the HR team in organizing training sessions for employees.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under labor laws.

Plan and, at times, deliver training, including inductions for new employees.

Analyze training needs in collaboration with departmental managers.
-
Work with the HR team to develop metrics that demonstrate growth, advancement, and return on investment (ROI) for HR initiatives.

EDUCATION
Graduate from any local/foreign university. Degree qualifications in Human Resources, or a related discipline. |
EXPERIENCE
Strong Operational Human Resources Experience (3-4 Years): Demonstrated extensive HR expertise within a multinational or professionally managed company, ensuring seamless operational efficiency. Proven track record in handling end-to-end HR functions and payroll, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance |
