Job Description / Responsibility
- Welcoming the customer / Visitor and guests in front office and maintain records
- Should be able to manage PABX System and attend phone calls
- To ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company
- Receive and transfer phone calls and massages.
- Timely dispatch of mail and delivery of received mail by maintaining registers.
- PABX operation - To answer mainline telephone calls, taking messages and referring on to staff as required and answering queries.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in related field will be preferable.
- Age 22 to 27 year(s)
- Energetic and willing to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills with specialization in office applications for various presentation
- Should have self-motivated, sincere and hardworking attitude
Salary:

Direct experience in the Television Channel will be preferred for the post. |
