Job Title: Faculty Member (Training)
Post: One Age: Maximum 32 years as on 01 December,2}25 Educational Qualification: At least a Master's in Statistics. Social Science Development Studies. Economics, and Sociology.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar position in any reputed organizations.
- The position requires candidates who have received training in the area of Training of Trainers (ToT),
Advocacy, Value Chain, Climate Change, Research Methodology, Kobo Toolbox, RBM, Eflective
Monitoring Process, Development Management, Strategic Planning & Management, and other
contemporary issues.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills in training.
- Computer operations, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Point and multimedia.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and Communication skills.
- Know Safeguarding, Gender based violence, and Child Protection.

- Responsibility is to develop high-quality training material, curriculum, training coordination, training need assessment, training facilitation, and logistic suppofi, etc.
- S/he is responsible for training facilitation in CDI and outside Dhaka.
- Regular update of training materials" methods, and application during training facilitation.
- Assist in identifiing contemporary training
- issues, develop training materials & modules.
- Prepare training reporl and documentation of training files.
- It is expected to spend approximately 50o% of his/ her work time in the field.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Salary: Tk. 40,000/- (consolidated) per
month during probationary period. For a truly deserving candidate. salary is negotiable.
- Job location: The position is based at CDI, Dhaka, but will require frequent field visits.

The selected candidate will be appointed initially for a six-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, appointment may be confirmed according to the existing pay scale and service rules olthe organization. After confirmation, Iong-term benefits such as a provident fund, gratuity, insurance, healthcare, and a compensation scheme will be admissible.
