Request for proposal for Base Line Surve

Name of the project: Enhancing Community Based Inclusive Development in Bangladesh (ECBID-B)

Purpose of the Baseline survey:
Is to generate comprehensive baseline information of the project locations according to the project documents and to identify present socio-economic situation, knowledge and skill on disability and inclusive development of project beneficiaries, disability inclusiveness of the development process of local level (district and sub-district) institutions (e.g. local government institutions both urban and rural, nation building departments of government at sub-district and district level)  and assess disability inclusiveness of national policies. The consultant will also suggest additional/alternative indicators in the designed project if required..

This baseline will be the basis in future to measure the key changes of condition and progress of the project after a certain period.

Consultancy start & end date: 15th November 2020 to 30th December 2020

Last date of proposal submission :8th November 2020

Interested firms/individual person should submit their expression of interest to info@cdd.org.bd by 8th November, 2020. In the subject line please mention Baseline Study of ECBID-B Project. Application should include:

1. Technical Proposal which contains cover letter, firms/individuals profile, previous experience, detail methodology, work plan, etc.
2. Financial Proposal which contains breakdown of all costs.
