Expression of Interest (EOI)

Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is a national NGO working for the development for life quality of person with disability through mainstreaming disability issue towards an inclusive society since 1996. Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Digital Services (IPDDS) is a three year long project of CDD that has been supported by CBM Global Disability Inclusion, is being implemented at in five locations of Bangladesh. It has completed its first two and half years successfully. Now the project is looking for a suitable individual Consultant/Firm for conducting the project end evaluation.

Scope of Work
The purpose of this evaluation will be to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability and learning of the project and to identify the gaps and to make recommendations in consideration to project’s overall objective, specific objective and results of the project.
Eligibility criteria of consultant
  • Experience in programme evaluation
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection, data
    analysis and interpretation,
  • Experience in participatory evaluation methodologies and
    community mobilization
  • Experience in Disability inclusion, Gender and Social inclusion,
    digital literacy and technology
  • Report writing and presentation
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders,
    persons with disabilities, community members, government
    officials, and partner organizations
  • Experience in using participatory evaluation techniques that
  • ensuring the protection and confidentiality of vulnerable
    populations, such as persons with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with the socio-cultural, economic, and political context of the project location involve stakeholders and marginalized groups in the evaluation
    process
  • Understanding of ethical principals in evaluation, particularly in
Project name Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Digital Services (IPDDS).
