- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Masters of Business Administration(MBA) preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CA, CFA is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of Capital Market experience, including at least 02 years in leadership roles.
- Sound knowledge on overall Capital market operations, control & compliance policies of the Capital Market industry of Bangladesh.
- Age: Not exceeding 50 years as of 30 November 2025.

Company Secretary
|
- 4 years' Honors (Graduation) or a Master’s (Postgraduate) degree in any discipline from any reputed institution.
- Chartered Secretary (CS) or equivalent professional degree will be preferred;
- Be capable of coordinating Board meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance in line with Brokerage and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange & Commission.
- Minimum 05 years of Capital Market experience including 02 years in the relevant field/sector.
- Age: Not exceeding 45 years as of 30 November 2025.

Head of Financial Administration Division
|
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Masters of Business Administration(MBA) preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CA, CFA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Capital Market experience, including at least 03 years in leadership roles.
- Sound knowledge on overall Capital market operations, financial Statements, Internal control & compliance policies of the Capital Market industry of Bangladesh.
- Age: Not exceeding 45 years as of 30 November 2025.

Head of Research & Margin loan Management
|
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Masters of Business Administration(MBA) preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CA, CFA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Capital Market experience, including at least 03 years in leadership roles.
- Sound knowledge on overall Capital market operations, financial Statements, Internal control & compliance policies of the Capital Market industry of Bangladesh.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 30 November 2025.

Other Terms and Conditions:
- For candidates with foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh is mandatory. 3rd class/division or equivalent CGPA in any level of academic exams need not to apply.
- Basis: Full time (Permanent / Contractual);
