Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement IT solutions as per business needs of the merchant bank
- Ensure IT support to various departments to ensure smooth operations & ICT related security risk
- Makes recommendations on purchases for all workstations, printers, and other hardware and software for a merchant Bank
- Develop and maintenance of software solutions for a Merchant Bank
- Develop MIS reporting for internal & external stakeholders
- Managing IT budgets and working to deliver products on time and on budget
- Monitoring day to day software related operations like CDBL, DSE & back office software
- Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/ Software and networking.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum BSC in (Preferably in CSE or Engineering) with no third division in academic records.
- Professional Certification in the IT Security, System Administration or database will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 (Two) Years’ relevant experience in setup & implementation of software. Experience in merchant Bank/ brokerage house will get preference.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
- Familiarity with all business functions of a Merchant Bank
- Excellent Communication skill in Bangla and English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skill
- Analytical skills for Business MIS
