Position : Reporting & Reconciliation Officer, ADC (SO/PO)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Settlement & reconciliation - NSPB & Q-Cash network based on ATM, POS and IBFT transaction
  • Dispute resolution & Daily reconciliation of all ATM related GL
  • Regular reporting: ATM Transactions Report, Potential Loss Report, Up/Down time Report, FLM, KRI, Service Quality Report, Captured Card Report and other regular reporting
  • Conduct ADC internal audit
  • Communication with IT division and branches
  • Checking Core Banking software daily for ATM cash balance status

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s in Business, Economics, Bank Management or any other relevant subject from reputed university having no third class/division.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in ATM/CRM management in reputed foreign or local Bank with expertise in Alternative Delivery Channels
     

Special Requirements

  • Candidates must have IT related knowledge and ability to operate Core banking software (CBS) and Card Management Systems (CMS). Working experience in Finacle will be given preference.
  • Extensive travel will be required across the country for ATM related operations
