Key Job Responsibilities:
- Over all monitor of ATM in terms of risk management, security, and business priority setting
- ATM operation, Debit card service and dispute management – NPSB & Q-Cash network management
- Settlement, Reconciliation, & Dispute resolution
- Regular Reporting such as ATM Transactions Report, Potential Loss Report, Up/Down time Report, FLM, KRI and other regular reporting
- Communication with IT division and branches
- Coordinating Trouble shooting through ATM vendors and IT division
- Debit Card issuance and personalization monitoring

Special Requirements
- Candidates must have IT related knowledge and ability to operate Core banking software (CBS) and Card Management Systems (CMS). Working experience in Finacle will be given preference.
- Extensive travel will be required across the country for ATM related operations
