Job Grade: Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the branch by providing general banking functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.
- Account opening by ensuring compliance of Laws and Regulations, Regulatory requirements and internal policies and SOP.
- Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
- Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
- Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
- Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
- Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
- Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
- Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
Educational Requirements:
- Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 05 (five) years working experience in leading commercial Bank.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English
- Very good skills in MS Office
Job Location: Dhaka and other Regions.
Job Nature: Permanent.
