Position: Customer Service Officer - General Banking

Job Grade: Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the branch by providing general banking functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.
  • Account opening by ensuring compliance of Laws and Regulations, Regulatory requirements and internal policies and SOP.
  • Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
  • Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
  • Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
  • Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
  • Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
  • Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
  • Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 05 (five) years working experience in leading commercial Bank.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English
  • Very good skills in MS Office
