Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
• Execution, monitor and measure the campaigns and their success.
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines.
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
• Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
• Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience.
• Manage the bank’s website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind.
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts etc.

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s in any discipline from any reputed University with no third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 4 (Four) to 5 (Five) years’ of working experience in a reputed commercial Bank/Advertisement Agency/MNC/FMCG/Telecom industry in related field.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Excellent skills in MS Office.
• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Knowing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
