Position: Manager-HR Operations and Performance Management                               

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Look after the payroll administration.
  • Assist Head of HR regarding cost calculation and make recommendations on changes to performance management and relevant Salary Structure, COLA, Promotion & Increment and implement the process.
  • Process Staff Benefits, e.g. Staff Car Loan, Staff House Building Loan, TA/DA claims, Furniture Benefits, Mobile Bill Allowances.
  • Maintain relevant employee benefit and allowance databases and provide necessary information to the regulators/stakeholders as and when required.
  • Calculate income tax of all staff and deduct at source from monthly salary.
  • Ensure employees' timely release/separation and process end service benefit complying existing policies and documentation requirement.
  • Monitor the progress of the Employee KPIs and Performance Appraisal.
  • Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain liaison with all business units, branches and back office.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s in any relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no third division in academic records.
  • MBA in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 (Six) to 8 (Eight) years working experience in leading commercial Banks/NBFIs/MNCs in the relevant area.

Special Requirement:

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings. Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.

Competencies & skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
