Position: Customer Service Officer-Cash                                                               

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and cater smooth customer services to all customers enter into the cash service counter.
  • Receive all sorts of cash deposits like account deposit, bill payment, remittance etc.
  • Make Payment in due course of all sorts of open cheques over the counters.
  • Counting, sorting and packeting of currency notes of all types of denominations as per circulars/guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
  • Record and maintain cash registers, vault register, counter, vault & cash transit insurance both in CBS and Manual.
  • Maintain AML and other cash related compliance as per Regulatory Guidelines in Cash Operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing front line services on any query from customers end.
  • Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 (Two) years working experience in leading commercial Bank in relevant area.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English
  • Very good skills in MS Office

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Grade: Associate Officer to Junior Officer

Remuneration: Negotiable
