Position: Associate Manager/Manager (HR) - Staffing & Resource Planning

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business plan and do the manpower planning ensuring maximum level of efficiency in drawing prospective talented resources from the industry.
  • Supervise overall recruitment activities and manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Maintain liaison with all business units, branches & back-office to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Monitor and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy current as well as future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
  • Keep track of all recruiting metrics (Cost per hire, time to hire etc.)
  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for campus hiring. Attend career fairs for recruitment and company branding.
  • Plan Placement & Transfer posting.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct orientation for new on board staff.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Economics or any relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no third division in academic records.
  • MBA/Masters in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years working experience in leading Commercial Bank/NBFI/MNC in relevant area.

Special Requirement:

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings.
  • Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.

Competencies & skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Very Good communication skill in both Bangla and English.
  • Excellent skill in MS Office.
