Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a credible high performing CMSME (Cottage, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) Team, and ensure effective coordination with the branches and divisions to increase CMSME client base
• Design, plan and formulate strategies to reach business goals as to CMSME Banking
• Maintain effective liaison with all relevant business units in the Bank
• Monitor proper utilization of credit facilities in CMSME accounts, maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities
• Ensure timely submission of quality credit proposals in conformity with the Credit Policy guidelines and requirements whilst leading the team for maintaining the quality of the CMSME portfolio within the stipulated Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) parameters
• Monitor Non Performing CMSME loans of the Bank
• Implement the policy, guidelines, and circular related to CMSME Banking of Bangladesh Bank
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank.

Educational Requirements:

• MBM/Master's in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 (Eight) to 10 (Ten) year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank/NBFI in relevant area.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Very good skills in MS Office.
