Position: Digital Banking Operations Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools to automate dispute case management & process of any transactions.
  • Analyzing activities at Bank’s digital platforms and identify any improvements required.
  • Pro-actively identifying any dispute transactions in digital banking platform.
  • Resolve disputes, and communicate with the vendors, service providers and customers.
  • Market analysis and report on any improvements and features that may enhance user experiences.
  • Identify scope & liaison with the MFS/digital service providers for integration with Bank’s digital banking platforms.

Educational Requirements:

  • MSc/BSc in CSE/Engineering from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 (one) to 3 (Three) years working experience in reputed financial institutes/Fintech/software firms.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Professional Certification/Training on Microsoft Excel/Fintech/Blockchain/AI or other similar area will be given preference.
  • Expert knowledge to perform analysis using Microsoft Excel/Access.
  • Knowledge on banking business process.
  • Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
