Position : Associate Manager/ Manager (HR) - Staffing & Resource Planning |
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business plan and do the manpower planning.
- Initiate recruitment activities-Issuing Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interviewing and selection.
- Complete joining and onboarding formalities.
- Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (Cost per hire, time to hire etc.)
- Planning of Placement & Transfer posting.
- Maintaining liaison with all business units, branches & back-office.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Economics or any relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no third division in academic records.
- MBA in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 6 (six) years working experience in leading commercial bank/NBFI in relevant area.
Special Requirement:
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings.
- Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.
Competencies & skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Very good skills in MS Office.
