Position: Senior Manager - Risk Management Division

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing data for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, making minutes, compliance report and other reports to BB.
  • Monitoring Loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.
  • Monitoring loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.
  • Monitoring credit concentration and ensuring compliance of internal limit.
  • Supervision of Stress Testing and Duration Gap Analysis.
  • Assuring submission of Money Market limit Risk Reports and FEX limit Risk Reports are done on time.
  • Monitoring Nostro A/C Reconciliation of the Bank and providing Certificates and submitting to Bangladesh Bank.
  • Ensuring Capital Management functions of the Bank are in line with Basel III Guidelines.
  • Highlight the risky areas/portfolio of the Bank and take initiatives for corrective measures to mitigate the risks.
  • Communicating and building rapport with concerned authority.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBM/Master's in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.
  • Candidates having FRM, CFA or CERM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 (Eight) year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 4 (Four) years in the field of Risk Management and 4 (Four) years in the field of Credit Risk Management.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
  • Very good skills in MS Office.
