Key Job Responsibilities:

• Serving as secretariat of Executive Risk Management Committee (ERMC) or all Risk Committee.
• Risk official is responsible for the identification and mitigation of various risks involved in the banking Business. S/he is also responsible for monitoring existing investment lines while giving emphasis on irregularities in operation of the advances.
• Preparing, conducting, developing and overseeing Basel III, Stress Testing activity, MRMR, CRMR, ICAAP and disclosures of key performance indicators of the bank via Pillar III of Basel III accords.
• Establishing and quantifying the Bank’s 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk are prepared to accept and setting of risk tolerance and limit etc. with due consideration for sector, industry, geographical location, regulatory limits, market practices, current business and economic conditions.
• Reviewing Risk Management Policies, Management Action Trigger and other Guidelines/manuals time to time.
• Communicating views/advices of the BoD, BRMC and Senior Management throughout the Bank.
• To ensure proper compliance of BB’s recommendations regarding risk issues.

Educational Requirements:

• MBM/Master's in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.
• Candidates having FRM, CFA or CERM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 3 year(s) in the field of Risk Management.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Very good skills in MS Office
