Position: Senior Manager - Human Resource Division

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business plan and supervising the manpower planning.
  • Supervise recruitment activities-Issue Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interviewing and selection.
  • Supervising joining and onboarding formalities.
  • Supervising Placement, Transfer, Posting.
  • Supervising the handling process of Disciplinary cases.
  • Employee Grievance Management.
  • Supervising the management process of KPI & Performance Appraisal.
  • Maintaining liaison with all business units, branches & back-office.
  • Meeting the requirements of all stakeholders.
  • Supervising the reporting of internal & external bodies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s in any relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no third division in academic records.
  • MBA in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 8 (Eight) years’ working experience in leading commercial banks/NBFI/MNC in the relevant area.

Special Requirement:
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings. Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.

Competencies & skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
  • Very good skills in MS Office
