Community Bank Investment Limited, a 100 percent owned subsidiary of Community Bank Bangladesh is looking for qualified Professional for the following position:

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice in the field of IT
• Identify solutions and opportunities to overcome business challenges and improve organizational performance
• Manage further development and implementation of current projects and oversee entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications along with managing the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met, results delivered
• Conducting regular system audits
• Procure, negotiate, manage and monitor of contracts for ICT services provided by third parties ensuring effective service delivery keeping relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Managing the IT budgets and working to deliver products on time and on budget
• Manage and develop the Information Management team, working with them to plan and prioritize their workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals and supported to continually improve their performance and results. Provide clear, succinct reports to Management Teams and key stakeholders as required
• Stay up to date on security risks and ensure corporate security. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the Computer Misuse Act, the Data Protection and Health & Safety Acts (as applicable to IT usage)

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum BSC (Preferably in CSE or Engineering) with no third division in academic records
• MBA with Oracle Professional Certification or Microsoft Certified System Engineer will be given preference

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 (Three) Years’ experience in setup & implementation of Merchant Banking software
• Certification/on the job training in Oracle, .NET, Java Language, Microsoft SQL will be given preference

Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:

• Familiarity with all business functions of a Merchant Bank
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
• Good communication skill in Bangla and English
• Analytical skills for Business MIS

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Grade & Salary will be in commensurate with experience and Profile of the candidate.
