Key Job Responsibilities:

Business Development Roles:

DMD & CBO will be responsible for supervision of branch business and achieve annual business targets as per plan. S/he will also be responsible for the following business portfolio:

• Corporate, SME & Retail Business
• Cards Business
• Syndication & Structured Finance
• Supply Chain Financing

Strategic Roles:

DMD & CBO will lead the team to formulate and execute business strategy. S/he will provide insight to the market access both in the macro and micro point of views.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of experience in a leading commercial bank in the area of business development functions. Must be in C-level at present or member of Senior Management Team of any reputed bank. Leadership role in excellence of business development complying metrices inclusive of compliance, control, service and development of human resources.

Educational Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Master's in Business/Economics/Bank Management or any other relevant discipline from leading business school/university. No Third Division in academic records.
