Key Job Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all credit card applications in collaboration with CRM Division.
- Maintain MIS of Card Division and provide reports to Management.
- Regular coordinate & follow-up with CRM Division to ensure the submitted card files have necessary documents.
- Follow up with Card Operation team to ensure timely card production and delivery to the customer.
- Keep track of the Customer Service Executives (CSE) regarding their performance of credit card acquisition.
- Providing onsite support to the high value prospective credit card clients.
- Manage, motivate & supervise subordinate team members.
- Providing comprehensive set of reports to the superior regarding card acquisition progress of card portfolio.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s in any discipline with no third division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years’ work experience in card MIS in any leading commercial Bank/ Financial Institution.
Competencies & skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Very good skills in MS Office
