Key Job Responsibilities:

• Developments related to CIB, CL, goAML as per Central Bank guidelines.
• Develop & maintain MIS reports & Dashboard.
• Development of Central Bank RIT, ISS and other reports.
• Development of integrated system for BASEL-II reporting.
• Evaluation, design, review and implementation of data warehouse.
• Finalizing Database & Application Architecture design for software solutions.
• Evaluation, design, review and implementation of data warehouse.
• Finalizing Database & Application Architecture design for software solutions.
• Basic database administrative tasks (backup, restore, installation) for numerous types of databases.
• Setup, configure and maintain CBS integration with external applications through Finacle Integrator.
• Integration with Core Banking System to other interfaces using Open APIs.
• Setup, configure and maintain Finacle CRM application.
• Configure, maintain and applying Finacle PSP, Patches & Hotfixes.
• Writing scripts/tools to according to business requirement/process.
• Customizing and programming Finacle Core and Finacle CRM to enhance new features/requirements.
• Monitor and manage EOD/BOD activities, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, interest calculation jobs etc.
• Manage, communicate and follow-up with CBS vendors to ensure quick fixes of product bugs.
• Development & integration of peripheral systems aligned with CBS.
• Performing UAT and deployment in production of any new development/scripts in CBS.
• Providing Level-02 support of CBS and liaison with CBS vendor.
• Assist in planning and implementing the data integration and data migration activities.
• Customizing and programming Finacle Core Banking Application to extend & enhance the new features on bank's requirement.
• Monitor and manage EOD/BOD activities, month/quarter/half year/year end activities, different batch jobs, scheduled jobs, interest calculation activities, account related activities, various charge collection activities, classification & provisioning activities, etc. of Core Banking System (Finacle).
• In house software development with Web Development platforms.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum BSc in CSE from reputed university with no third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 01-10 years’ working experience in leading Banks/NBFI/reputed software firms working with financial solutions.

Other Requirements:

• Very good understanding of Design Principal, Design Pattern, Software Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience working with Finacle Script, Java, JSP/Servlet, Java Script, J-Query, JSON, XML, Web Services, APEX and other Reporting Frameworks.
• Oracle PL-SQL development including Stored Procedures, Function, Trigger, Tables & Views.
• Experience in development and management of digital app/platforms for Banks in Android, iOS, and other areas.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge & experience in Finacle (CBS) Core and CRM Customization, Reporting, and Integrator.
• Knowledge on robotics Business process automation.
• Knowledge on RHEL with Shell Scripting.
• Very Strong PL/SQL working knowledge is required in Oracle database, must have experience in building complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions and understanding, debugging/step through stored procedures.
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills & Ability to work with end users to troubleshoot production issues.

• Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
