Job Context:

• Digital marketing manager, assistant marketing manager for social media (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok)
• Job Location: Career Paths, New DOHS, Mohakhali &/or WIN Education, Banani.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, Manage, Monitor and Execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook and Google ad campaigns
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
• Troubleshoot common website issues and resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand consistency and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve digital marketing efforts and manage projects within tight deadlines and create event campaigns
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and achieve KPI & ROI.
• Identify new opportunities to grow digital presence and improve customer acquisition and retention
• Great sense of graphics content creation to create Banners, Images, and Promotions which will be displayed on the Website, Social Media and others display platform.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field ((Mandatory), but Digital Marketing, Computer Science Engineering, and Marketing background has special preference.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and proven track record of creating and optimizing successful Facebook & Google ad campaigns.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

• Age 25 to 35 years
