COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess and shortlist bid/ call for proposals/ expression of opportunities for go/ no go decision
  • Coordinate with regional country teams
  • Develop and maintain resources pool in different sectors
  • Establish and maintain relationship with government departments, development organizations, private sectors, research and educational institutes and individual researchers.
  • Lead development of technical and financial proposal process in coordination with management and resource/ expert team
  • Lead development of communication and branding strategy and materials
  • Coordinate overall operations of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ master degree from any discipline preferably in social science, statistics and business administration
  • Two to three years of working experience in relevant area preferably in the development/ research sector
  • Sound communications and presentations skills both in English and Bangla
  • Good interpersonal skill with sense of humor
  • Smart computer skills.
