Key Points

  • The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction, and maximizing the club`s profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in procurement, hospitality management, and event coordination.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Procurement Management: Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards for all club facilities, restaurants, and events.
  • Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of all club activities, including bar nights, restaurants, event spaces, and outdoor facilities like the lake and boats.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyses financial reports, and ensure the club’s financial health.
  • Member Relations: Maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing their concerns and ensuring a premium experience.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and oversee club events, including member-exclusive events, external rentals, and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of department heads, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliver exceptional service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, club policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the BOD to set long-term goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
  • Membership Growth: Collaborate with BOD to attract new members and promote the club's offerings.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement Management System, Social Clubs, Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, Hotel and Hospitality Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel,Restaurant,Club

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Retired Armed Forces Officers will be given a distinct advantage.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
