Job Description / Responsibility
- Procurement Management: Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards for all club facilities, restaurants, and events.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of all club activities, including bar nights, restaurants, event spaces, and outdoor facilities like the lake and boats.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyses financial reports, and ensure the club’s financial health.
- Member Relations: Maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing their concerns and ensuring a premium experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and oversee club events, including member-exclusive events, external rentals, and other revenue-generating activities.
- Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of department heads, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliver exceptional service.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, club policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the BOD to set long-term goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Membership Growth: Collaborate with BOD to attract new members and promote the club's offerings.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement Management System, Social Clubs, Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, Hotel and Hospitality Management

- At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 55 years

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
