About the Role

The role holder will support Christian Aid’s response to the humanitarian crisis in Bangladesh with special focuses on monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning sector interventions. S/he will support Christian Aid’s funded programmes which are implemented by Christian Aid and it partners in Cox’s Bazar and any other programme area assigned by management. The role holder will assist in the implementation of MEAL Strategy and Plan in Rohingya Refuse Crisis Response Programme in Cox’s Bazar. The role holder will conduct participatory monitoring activities with partners including assessments. Ensure the high quality and the accurance of data collection (using hard and softwrd tools). Analyse the information and timly reporting on line with project and sectoral activities timeline. Provide regulat feeback on monitoring, accontbaility and learning obervations and findings. Provide technical guidance while overseeing MEAL activities at field level.

About you

You have experience working with a diverse portfolio of partners/consortiums in emergencies specially crisis affected refugee’s context. You have experience meeting the compliance and reporting requirements of institutional donors and your expertise on reporting, documentation and assessment and skills on media mobilisation, inclusion, gender and accountability. You are competent in the use of various planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning tools and methodologies can strengthen partner capacity. You will have a degree in social sciences or related fields and good written and spoken English.
