We are a growing technology agency specializing in Mobile App Development, Web App Development, and AR/VR Solutions. We help startups, SMEs, and enterprises build cutting-edge digital solutions. We are looking for motivated Business Development Executives on a commission basis to drive sales, acquire clients, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

    • To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue growth.
    • Prospect and secure new customers to bolster the company's sales.
    • Identify and contact potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and networking.
    • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and pitch our Mobile, Web, and AR/VR solutions.
    • Follow up with leads generated by the marketing team to convert them into prospects.
    • Present the company’s value proposition effectively during initial interactions with clients.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to answer client queries confidently.
    • Schedule meetings (online or offline) with prospective clients.
    • Coordinate with clients to confirm meeting details, share necessary materials, and ensure a seamless experience.
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the manager, highlighting lead generation activities, client interactions, and meeting outcomes.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.

Key Qualifications:

    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team (commission-based agents).
    • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience Requirements:

    • 4+ years in B2B sales, business development, or IT/software sales.
    • Experience in selling Mobile Apps, Web Apps, SaaS, or AR/VR projects is a plus.
    • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
