We are looking for Sr. Executive, Customer and Sales Analytics professionals to analyze customer and sales insights, develop dashboards, conduct market research, and ensure data accuracy. The role involves collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Insights and Analysis:
   • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and preferences.
   • Generate actionable insights to drive retention, acquisition, and engagement strategies.
   • Segment customers using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data for targeted marketing and personalization.
2. Dashboards and Reporting:
   • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor customer metrics.
   • Present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders using clear, data-driven visualizations.
3. Customer Lifecycle Management:
   • Collaborate with sales teams to develop predictive models and customer lifetime value analyses.
   • Maintain data standardization by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
   • Leverage advanced analytics tools to extract deeper insights into customer behavior.
4. Process Optimization:
   • Identify and implement improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
   • Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in customer analytics.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Capability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, or a related role.
