Job Responsibilities
- Conducting trend & market research.
- Sourcing fabrics, trims & accessories for development.
- Developing sample of garments, trims, accessories, fabrics, prints, embroidery, washes,
etc. across all categories.
- Developing new designs and collections for each season.
- Developing size set and pre-production samples.
- Ensuring sample quantity, quality & size as per requirement.
- Ensuring required sample submission within the given timeline.
- Responsible for achieving all garment specs.
- Collaborating with Fashion Designers to materialize design concepts and CADs.
- Maintaining the product development and design procedures, and keeping track of all
processes and related developments.
Educational Requirements
- BA (Hon’s) in Fashion Design / Merchandising or relevant education from a reputable
institute.
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years relevant proven experience
- The applicants should have specialized knowledge and experience in working with at
least any one of the following garment categories: Knitwear, Sweater, Coats / Jackets,
Denim, Non-Denim Woven, Suits / Formals, Women’s Eastern or Children’s Wear.
