Core Responsibilities:
- Represent and define the overall vision and strategy as well as own the strategy from idea generation through execution and measurement
- Track emerging trends in the online learning landscape to articulate and refine messaging as well as competitive positioning of BYLCx offerings
- Work with the content developers and learning designers to define and prioritize the team backlog according to business and implementation strategy
- Participate in strategic initiatives as needed
- Develop an understanding of target market and user base to guide decisions. Serve as a subject matter expert in selected offerings and initiatives from a feature/function perspective
- Maintain efficiency in course development process by documenting, simplifying, and communicating relevant process flows
- Engage directly with students in order to drive promotions as well as refine understanding of customer needs and their use of the offering
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for colleagues across the organization to ensure the “voice of the market” is brought into the management team
- Prepare marketing and partnership tools such as presentations, demos, and proposal templates
- Manage input/feedback from BYLC management committee to improve BYLCx product and strategy
- Synthesize and report monthly updates on trends, including student acquisition; high conversion opportunities; completion rate; churn rate, customer service trends, etc.
- Reporting on results of iterations and progress toward Minimum Viable Product or other development goals including burn-up charts; release defects, and customer feedback trends
- In collaboration with Marketing team, evaluate market and business analytics to define new market opportunities for exploration.
- Regularly review data to get insights on product line performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelors from any discipline
- Masters’ Degree is desirable
Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Organized and systematic way of working with high attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for improving the professional lives of the youth
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
- Personal qualities should include excellent presentation skills, creativity, integrity, commitment to public service, independent thinker, team player
