We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager-ICT to oversee all aspects of ICT infrastructure and operations of hospital. The Manager of ICT will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support patient care, administrative functions and overall hospital operations.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience
- At least 5 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Services.
Skills & Expertise
- The applicants should have strong technical expertise in ICT management, infrastructure, networks, security, and software systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- ICT Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain hospital ICT infrastructure.
- Software Systems Administration: Manage healthcare-specific software systems for clinical and administrative functions.
- Data Security and Privacy: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- ICT Support and Helpdesk Services: Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT issues for hospital staff.
- ICT Project Management: Lead and oversee ICT projects, including upgrades and implementations.
- Vendor Management: Procure ICT hardware, software, and services, and manage vendor relationships.
- Training and Education: Provide staff training on ICT systems and software usage.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop plans to ensure uninterrupted ICT operation during emergencies.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize hospital ICT systems for efficiency and reliability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate reports on ICT performance and compliance.
Age maximum 35 years
Additional requirements:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Must be familiar with any relational database, like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
- Sound skill in hardware and network troubleshooting
- Understanding of Computer power, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS
- CCNA/MSSQL/ other technical certification is preferred.
- Candidates should be challenging, hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
