Job Title: Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

Number of Vacancy: 04

Location: Cumilla          

Educational: SSC/HSC  

Age: 20-25 years

Experience:  2 years

Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.   

Salary: 14,000

Job Context: The primary component of this role is to maintain cleanliness & other associated tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining healthy and safe environment in the guest rooms.
• Changing bed linens and towels on daily basis.
• Responding to customer complaints in a positive way and keeping the customers satisfied.
• Moping the floor regularly and ensuring the bathrooms are properly clean.
• Following the health and safety rules.
• Ensuring the availability of sanitary items in bathrooms.
• Dusting the furniture daily.
• Cleaning the carpets and sofas.
• Ensuring the room is properly set and cleaning before the guests arrive.
• Ensuring rooms are regularly cleaned according to the property procedures.
• Taking care of personal hygiene and tidiness as well.
• Designating work to other room attendants in case of unavailability.
