Job Title: Manager-Housekeeping

Number of Vacancy: 01
Location: Cumilla      

Education: Masters or Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Age: 35-45 years

Experience:  5-year experience in Professional Housekeeping

Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.   

Salary: 40,000

Job Context: The primary component of this role is to supervise the day & nightshift cleaning teams in performing cleaning duties & other associated tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the everyday cleanliness of all guestrooms and public areas.
• Leading, hiring and training housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfactions.
• Overseeing the housekeeping department budget, taking inventory and to ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
• Documenting cleaned areas by room attendants and reporting any issues such as room damages or maintenance requests to the front office.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment are in proper working conditions and making arrangements for repairment as needed.
