Location: Cumilla.
Educational: Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed institution.
Age: 28-35 years
Experience: 5-year working experience as a Manager or Asst. Manager (Food & Beverage) in a reputed 3 or 4-star restaurant.
Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.
Salary: 35,000

Job Context: The primary component of this role is to supervise the day & nightshift F&B Service teams in performing of F& B Service & production duties and other associated tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining liaison with chefs to design menus for food outlets.
- Conducting surveys to identify customer requirements and taking appropriate steps to ensure client needs are met.
- Developing and implementing standards/policies for the delivery of world-class customer service.
- Overseeing the recruitment, orientation and training of food and beverage staff to ensure an effective unit.
- Monitoring the performance and activities of food and beverage staff to ensure compliance with set customer service standards.
- Establishing communication medium through which customers can send in their feedback.
- Overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of kitchen, reception and overall work environment.
- Setting targets and implementing strategies necessary in achieving set objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Designating and scheduling work duties to food and beverage staff.
- Carrying out analysis to determine rates for food and food services.
- Overseeing the purchase of food items and culinary equipment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory of food stock and other available items.
