Educational Qualifications:
Graduation from any reputed university with no third division..

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all security personnel and daily security activities.
• Frequently visit and inspect security arrangements during duty hours and beyond.
• Maintain presence and attendance of all security personnel at designated posts
• Plan and ensure smooth duty shift and rostering of security staff as per needs.
• Conduct regular security training sessions in line with the Organizational rules.
• Monitoring employees' entry/exit, ensuring thorough and lawful security checks.
• Ensure no. of goods are allowed to pass through gates without valid authorization.
• Monitor all outsider/ labour movements and control unauthorized access.
• Ensure proper entry/exit logs of Employees, suppliers, visitors, foreign delegates, and vehicles.
• Maintain logbooks, digital records, daily shift logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly incident/security reports and duty schedules for management. entry.
• Patrol premises, checking doors windows, and gates to prevent
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies (fire, labor unrest, accidents, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation of all security activities and compliance logs.
• Maintain effective communication with faculty members. Admin and other relevant departments.

Experience:

• Age 35 to 45 years
• At least 5 years of experience as a security officer in any organization.
• Preference will be given to candidates having previous experience in an educational institution.
• High priority will be given to the Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of Armed Forces.
