We are pleased to inform you that Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC. (BSH-PLC) is inviting applications for vendor enlistment. Interested vendors are requested to complete the Vendor Enlistment Form (attached herewith) and submit it along with the required documents within the stipulated timeline.

The enlistment process is designed to create and maintain an updated database of qualified vendors who may be invited to participate in our procurement processes.

You are kindly requested to:

1. Fill out the attached Vendor Enlistment Form completely and accurately.
2. Attach all necessary supporting documents as mentioned in the form.
3. Submit the completed form and documents with a sealed envelope to the following address by 15^th September 2025.
