Job Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and professional (Officer/ Senior officer) to join Administration Department, which consists of HR, GA and Community Relations Team. The candidate needs experiences of maintaining company regulations, internal control, preparing business documents. This person will be passionate about supporting and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes according to instruction by Manager of Administration Department.
Job Responsibility
- The candidate should have knowledge on HR, administrative regulations, internal control and general purchase related activities in a similar position.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and creating company regulations, rules of internal control to maintain sound corporate management.
- Managing the internal control and compliance for HR, GA and purchase related matters.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and ensure proper approvals for products and services to be purchased.
- Support management in drafting different suppliers’ contract, different type of letters, and drafting different letters for various authorities etc.
- Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.
- Following-up and enforcing the company's different policies and procedures.
- Knowledge on labour laws and rules, Tax, VAT will be an added advantage.
- Any other job assigned by Manager of Administration Department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Natural interpersonal and communication skills,
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset,
- Proficiency in MS Office package specially in excel and word, power point is a must,
- Experience working in an internal control, HR department, Knowledge of any HR software and basic Knowledge of related HR laws and regulations is a plus point,

At least 03 to 05 year(s) in the related field
