Job Context
100% export oriented knit RMG factory unit is looking for a Qualified,Experienced& Dynamic Commercial Manager for immediate appointment.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Must be capable to work independently with Bank, EPB, BGMEA, BKMEA, Bond Office, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward and C&F agency.
- Must have minimum 7 years' experience working with knit garments
- Working experience with a buying house will be an additional qualification
- Must have working experience of Import and Export of Goods from Factory
- Must have direct working experience with clearing and forwarding agents
- Must have working experience on incentive bonus with bank & audit firm
- Must have experience of arranging Bank loan and management of loan
- Must be very good in English both in speaking and writing
- Able to prepare Import & export documents, L/C opening (sight/EDF), submit to Bank, negotiate & follow-up till end.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
- Masters in Commerce/ Business Studies from any recognized university having good CGPA.
- Skills Required: AUDIT AND INSPECTION
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in related department
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have 08 years working experience in commercial department with a Minimum of 4 years working experience as Manager (Head) of Commercial Section in both Import and Export department of large RMG units.
- Applicant must have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Documentation
- The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments.
- Fully capable to communicate customs, Bond, Vat, Export, Import C&F, Shipping line and other statutory authorities.
- Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest, dedicated and self-motivated.
- Must have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with commercial correspondence related to bank/customs/shipping/freight forwarder/ BGMEA/ EPB.
- Must be Skilled in English Writing & Spoken.
- Must have good skill in computer literacy.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.

Salary: Negotiable (Monthly)
