Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Role Overview:

The position will play a critical role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across Bangladesh’s RMG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional plans.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Lead product conversion initiatives and new business development.
  • Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Prepare analytical reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing (preferably in industrial sewing machines or RMG sector).
  • Age: Up to 40 years.

General Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PPT, MS Office and standard business applications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh when required.
  • Prior experience in RMG, industrial sewing machinery, or manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.
