Executive: Technical
We are looking for a young, energetic, self-motivated & dynamic person for Brother Bangladesh Liaison office who must have sound knowledge and technical experience in industrial sewing machines.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for problem solving and providing technical support to garments factories for industrial sewing machines.
- Responsible for providing technical support to dealers and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Develop and implement strategies in line with sale support.
- Execute marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.
- Provide technical services and support to customers and dealers in product recommendation and applications, product upgradation, introducing new product, conversion opportunities and troubleshooting.
- Drive new business acquisitions and conversions.
- Act as an engineering, services and technical sales resource for the field sales force
- Identify and address customer needs.
- Conduct sales training to technical employees and customers for increasing product and applications knowledge
- Generate service reports and documentation of findings/investigations carried out at customer sites.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age up to 40 years.
- Sound Knowledge on computer application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
- Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
- Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner.
Employment Status
Full-time.
Educational Requirements
- BSc in any discipline (Engineering background will be an added advantage).
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 year(s) in industrial sewing machines servicing.
