Senior Executive, Sales

Job Context
We are looking for a young, energetic, self-motivated & dynamic person for sales team who must have sales experience in the Bangladesh RMG Industry with any product or, services.

Job Responsibilities

• Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  
• Produce new revenue by researching and analysing potential prospects and sales options.
  
• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your solutions.
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  
• Keeps management informed by submitting daily activity and result reports end of the day.
  
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to the Management.
  
• Submit Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Forecast with proper market analysis & accurate data.
  
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in any discipline
  
• Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2. Quick learner 3. Work under pressure, Analytical Skill,
• Excellent leadership skills

Experience Requirements

• 5-6 Years progressively increasing job responsibilities in the garment machineries, accessories sales job.

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply.
  
• Experience in an industrial sewing machine industry and in-depth product knowledge is a distinct advantage.
  
• Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality.
  
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under stress & cope in any situation.
  
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills are absolute necessity.
  
• Ability to work as a team.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
