Job Title: Senior Executive (Technical) - Customer Service (CS)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Role Overview:

This role will ensure superior technical service support to customers and contribute to maintaining Brother’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical service support to customers.
  • Manage service requests, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and dealers for issue resolution.
  • Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer feedback records.
  • Support technical demonstrations, customer visits, and training sessions.
  • Organize technical seminars and product awareness programs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related technical discipline.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in technical service/customer support (preferably in the industrial sewing machine/RMG sector).
  • Age: Up to 35 years.

General Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PPT, MS Office and standard business applications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh when required.
  • Prior experience in RMG, industrial sewing machinery, or manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.
