POSITION: Senior Executive, Technical Sales/Technical Sales Account Manager (CASE & Construction)

JOB LOCATION : Dhaka Bangladesh

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Knowledge: Possess thorough understanding of ingredient products and services related to CASE & Construction industry, specifically catering to paint, ink, and adhesive sectors in both distribution and indent sales.
  • Customer Mapping: Strategically segment customers, provide appropriate business focus, optimize distribution business, and actively pursue untapped markets for both existing and new product lines.
  • Sales Planning: Execute the defined sales plan and implement marketing activities to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, update them with market intelligence, provide regular reports and identify new supplier opportunities.
  • Sales Planning & Stock Forecasting: Collaborate closely with key customers to understand their purchase plans, ensuring inventory readiness and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Credit Management: Ensure timely delivery of agreed products while closely monitoring account receivables. Regularly follow up on invoice payments, WHT, and assess customer creditworthiness.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain up-to-date CRM reports, highlighting potential opportunities and pipeline developments.
  • Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support related to paint, ink, and allied industries.

EMPLOYEMENT TYPE : Full-time Permanent Employee

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or chemistry
  • MBA will be considered an added advantage

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience in the CASE & Construction chemical distribution industry
  • Experience in R&D or product development is highly desirable

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong market knowledge and customer relationship management
  • Basic analytical capabilities, with understanding of profit & loss analysis
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Commitment to consistent business growth and data-driven decision-making
