TENDER NOTICE British Red Cross, Bangladesh Delegation of The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites for sealed bids from manufacturer/sole or authorized distributors for supplying the following motorcycle unit -
Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supplying, preferably motorcycles, within Bangladesh. The Request for Quotation (RFQ), including detailed specifications, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions, and associated annexures, will be available from 14 May 2025 to 22 May 2025 (working days only). Requests for tender documents after the deadline will not be entertained. Tender documents can be obtained via email. Interested suppliers are requested to submit a formal request on company letterhead to ahossain@redcross.org.uk with a copy to hajerabegum@redcross.org.uk . Additionally, hard copies of the documents can be collected from the British Red Cross office between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on working days until 22 May 2025, upon submission of a formal request. Completed offers, including all required documentation, must be submitted to the British Red Cross, Bangladesh Office (Ground Floor), 684-686 Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka by 2:30 PM on 24 May 2025. All bids must include a Bid Bond (refundable) equivalent to 1% of the total quoted amount, submitted as a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of IFRC/British Red Cross. The IFRC/British Red Cross reserves the right to accept, reject, or split any or all offers without providing any reason and is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
