Post : Customer Service/Sales Engineer

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE from any reputed public / private University.
  
• BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET preferred.
  
• Proficiency in English and Bangla

Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  
• The applicants should have experience in the Wires & Cables manufacturing industries.

Additional Requirements:

• Age above 30 years
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong knowledge of cable Laying, Joint, Termination and Installation.
  
• Strong knowledge of cable fault finding & locating.
  
• Good command in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide technical support to customers via over phone, email and at presence in the field.
  
• Good knowledge on cable production process to make customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate factory with Marketing and Sales team.
  
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with all of Company Customers.
  
• To maintain proper routine plan for daily work.
  
• Attend customer's complaints to satisfy them.
  
• Introduce products to all national/ foreign customers along with superior (if needed).

Salary: Attractive salary with other fringe benefits shall be offered best in the industry but expected salary should mention in the application.

Workplace: The position requires to work in factory of the company in Kushtia/ Dhaka office.
