BRB Cable Industries Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified leading manufacturer of all Kinds of Wires and Cables, Super Enamel Copper Wires, Fan, MCB & uPVC Pipe & Fittings company in Bangladesh. The company was established in 1978. Company looking for dynamic, hard-working, intelligent, and self-driven candidates for the mentioned position. Required qualification, experience and salary packages are described below.

Qualification	:	Masters / MBA (Marketing, Management or any discipline) from any reputed public / private University.
Experience	:	Minimum 12 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in multinational/any reputed organization in which 5 years must be similar post, track and products.

Job Responsibilities:

To lead and monitor the assigned sector/ zone as sector head.
To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities.
To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work related problems as soon as possible.
To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis.
To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Traders/Head of Corporate Marketing.
To give daily report to Head of Traders/ Head of Corporate Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
For corporate sector must have knowledge for corporate sales marketing with high end customers regarding similar products.
Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Age	:	40 to 45 years.
Location	:	Dhaka / Anywhere in Bangladesh
