Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and monitor down the level personnel.
• To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
• To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
• To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
• To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed
  about the field activities
• To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and
  dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
• To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work related
  problems as soon as possible.
• To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis.
• To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Traders/
  Head of Corporate Marketing.
• To give daily report to Head of Traders/ Head of Corporate Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
• For corporate sector must have knowledge for corporate sales marketing with high end customers regarding
  similar products.
• Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize, monitor the sales activities to achieve monthly sales target;
• Identifying marketing opportunities, consumer requirements, and competitors’ share;
• Ensure sales services to the customers;
• Maintain proper communication with customers regularly;
• Finding new opportunities of sales and create new customers;
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers;
• Collaborate with team members to achieve the sales target;
• Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain sound and public relations with Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Police Station, relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation at the company.
• Assist effectively to organize the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool security.
• To maintain general office administration, support organizational and staff management. Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Take responsible to maintain and arrange an official meeting as per management requirements Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
